UPDATED 2026 RATING: Since my last rating of a 4 in 2025, I have had Seamus come out to take of pest control. He is wonderful at this work. He is thorough, punctual, great to work with, and always goes above and beyond what is called for. If someone else is assigned to take care of my house, I am willing to wait a few days for Seamus to be free. The other technicians are also good, but Seamus is the one I want for my property.

2025: While I was pleased with the  professionalism of the initial inspection and treatment, the problem persisted. Activity would ease for a week or so each time a service person came out but then resumed to the pre D&T level.

When I called to complain after a couple of months that something else needed to be done, I was pleasantly surprised by the company's willingness to bend over backwards to address the issue. Within a week, two people, one being a longtime manager, came out and did an amazingly thorough inspection. They checked every corner of my home's inside sections, the outside, the attic, the garage -- even the roof. It seems to be working!

The company has always been responsive. I hope to maintain a solid working relationship with D&T.

Since the visit described above, Seamus has been our tech. He is excellent and goes above and beyond. He is personable, knowledgeable and diligent. We could not ask for a better person to work with to keep our home pest free.

One company downside: I have been charged for a two-family home when my deed explicitly shows that it is a one-family. Therefore, the company is more expensive than it used to be for me. But again, the service is top notch.
