We had a problem with small flies lingering around our home, so I called this company for an inspection. The technician carefully checked everything and explained that the flies were coming from our plants. He honestly told us that no pesticide treatment or spraying was necessary. He recommended moving the plants outside and waiting about 7–10 days for the problem to clear up. He was very kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to listen to our concerns and answer every question without rushing us or trying to sell us an unnecessary service. I definitely recommend this company. It honestly made me wonder why I initially went with larger companies like Aptive and Rove instead of contacting a trustworthy local company. If we have any pest concerns in the future, I will absolutely call them again for an inspection and an honest solution. Rich took time to review the house outside and inside. He was knowledgeable about where the carpenter and and termites were located. He showed evidence of infestations. He scheduled a second specialist just to evaluate termites. He knew the chemicals they used and what I had used previously. I have not had a quote or treatment applied yet as the specialist needs to evaluate. D&T is one of the best service companies I have worked with. My family and I needed an exterminator for my elderly father's home in MA (as the home had been empty for quite some time and the mice had moved in). D&T went above and beyond. Their communication is outstanding. Replying quickly and always going an extra mile to try and help us out. We have reached out to them with some "out there" questions, and they have always tried their best to answer us. Their technicians are always respectful, polite and helpful. My father's house is a challenge to work on (as he is a 'collector' of MANY things) but they have worked with us to work around that. I myself am a contractor in NJ, so it takes a lot to impress me.... and these guys definitely have! Thank you for all of your help!Load more
