We had a problem with small flies lingering around our home, so I called this company for an inspection. The technician carefully checked everything and explained that the flies were coming from our plants. He honestly told us that no pesticide treatment or spraying was necessary. He recommended moving the plants outside and waiting about 7–10 days for the problem to clear up. He was very kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to listen to our concerns and answer every question without rushing us or trying to sell us an unnecessary service. I definitely recommend this company. He scheduled a second specialist just to evaluate termites. He knew the chemicals they used and what I had used previously. I have not had a quote or treatment applied yet as the specialist needs to evaluate. D&T is one of the best service companies I have worked with. My family and I needed an exterminator for my elderly father's home in MA (as the home had been empty for quite some time and the mice had moved in). D&T went above and beyond.
